Em2 StarBooked in for a trim based on previous Google reviews, but I was underwhelmed by the service I received. I also booked online so I had no idea the salon doesn’t accept card payments (a really bizarre set-up considering COVID), and was instead forced to stand awkwardly by the door arranging a bank transfer before I left. Emma Gray5 StarLove this place! Have been a few times before and hair always comes out fab, however today they have been life savers and fixed a botched bleach job that I’d had done somewhere else. The awesome team managed to fit me last min and gave excellent advice. Went in feeling embarrassed and left feeling fantastic.
