Came here for a quick lunch before shopping. Nice pub, plenty of seating space, TVs on the walls all around the pub. I had a spicy mango chilli chicken skewer and a glass of blossom spritz and my partner went for an XL mixed grill with a side of cheesy ciabatta and just a pint of lager. The lady who was taking our order was very nice and took the order very quickly. Food came out pretty quick as well and was very tasty. It was fairly quiet at around 12.30pm on a Sunday but it was getting busier by the time we left about an hour later. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

Nice big place. Friendly staff. Good service. Free parking - as long as you enter your reg. number on the screen at the main entrance. Plenty of parking space. My pie's crust was a bit hard but the taste was fine, and the mash was quite dry. Price was good as they had a good deal on for 2 main courses for lunch.

Great pub! Amazing staff, our drinks are often poured when they see us walk in before we've even got to the bar. Food is lovely, lots of choice and a good price. I'll be having my 40th in here and using the 2 rooms which received the previous negative review, as I think they're perfect! Well done Bridgewater Team!!! Good value for money. Several members of my family are vegans and there were plenty of options available on the menu. The manager is attentive and very helpful. Also the pub is dog friendly....so I'll be back there soon.

Such a beautiful building from the outside. Staff were friendly and effecient but the interior was dark and lacked soul, just not our cup of tea although there were plenty of people there. We only went for drinks so can't comment on the food. It was just missing something. Unlike the John Gilbert and The Barton arms which are both nicely decorated, which invite you stay in a relaxed and calm, atmosphere.
