The sales (Simon) and finance team were extremely helpful and explained all the details of the car to a high standard.
I have had to have the car back into service as there was a stop start issue and a fault light on the the dash.
This has been dealt with in a professional manner and has been resolved promptly.
Graham from service kept me updated on the progress on a daily basis and has been extremely helpful and I wish to thank him personally, he is a credit to the car co dealership.

Simon went out of his way to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. After sales care also spot on. After noting a couple of stone chips at low level on both passenger doors after giving the car it’s first wash, both Simon and Tony at the service/repairs site based up the road from the main site dealt with them straight away with no hassle and provided me with a courtesy whilst mine was in to be sorted. I bought a car online from The Car Co, and had it delivered.
Within 2 weeks and less than 1000 miles from getting a fraudulent MOT,
it had developed a massive shudder when breaking.
when inspected by a local garage to me,
they could not believe this had passed a recent MOT.
The car needed new suspension arms and new front disc breaks and pads.
After repeated attempts for some compensation towards the repairs.
Graham from service department, just shut me off as I was unable to return the car to be inspected, as was now in Spain.
I sent videos and photos of the faults, but was brushed aside in a flippant and sarcastic manner

His customer service was amazing and Raf was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Raf also organised delivery of the car to London which was stress free. The car is fantastic and we have had no issues with it.

David Allison5 StarGreat experience buying my Discovery from the team at The Car Co. Arranged a viewing to suit my availability, vehicle was spotless and ready for a test drive. Looked after myself and my family upon arrival, not easy with a 4 year old and 1 year old keeping them entertained in a car show room.
Great service and felt valued form the beginning to the end, really quick turnaround from viewing the car on a Sunday and taking delivery to my home address on Tuesday. Thank you to Simon and Ash for looking after me.
