S W5 StarI haven't bought brand new clothes in 5years since finding Nova and this pre loved dress shop. The quality of clothes is fantastic, I've had the like of Alexander McQueen and Karen Millen to name a few. Tracy Doyle5 StarJust discovered this gem of a place, being new to the area. My mum used another agency for 30 years, which has recently closed down. Someone recommended this one. Its fab, staff were lovely and friendly, owner very welcoming and friendly. Left mum's stuff and I'll be taking my own too. Bought some bits too! Eileen Cieslinski2 StarVery rude and ignorant person on counter, seem to think she was above you, felt as though she looked down on you.
Comments like, oh I,ll give you a more sturdier black bag which is more expensive than the cheap on you brought in. They just rip, buying cheap is not economical.
