The English Bed Company is a UK manufacturer of Upholstered Beds, Headboards and Bedroom Chairs. Each one of our premium beds are manufactured using the highest quality products available, such as premium solid Beachwood for our frames and carved wooden legs for the feet of our beds. The fabrics that we upholster our beds in are no exception, with each one being individually sourced and tested for their durability, character and charm.
At The English Bed Company, each one of our luxury upholstered beds are handmade from scratch in our Manchester Factory, where we have been manufacturing from for over 50 years. Our on-hand approach to manufacturing means we can offer competitive rates to our customers whilst also staying competitive on styles – keeping up to date with the latest styles.

Ollie Burrows4 StarThe bed was delivered later than originally estimated and took a bit of chasing to get a confirmed date. However the bed itself is great, the delivery team were really good. There was a small mark on the bed when delivered but they arranged for this to be cleaned really quickly and mark has completely gone.Tuesday 31st May 2022

Nushrat Kabir1 StarI wish i have read the reviews before placing an order, Customer service is extremely appalling. We placed an order end of Jan for 8 weeks estimated delivery and we are yet to receive our bed. There is no communication from them so far to keep up updated/in the loop to advise the progress/reason for delay. When we call only response we get it a generic one to say it is in the process. Yesterday they finally said production is done and now waiting for delivery company to pick up and which again cannot be fast tracked instead will take another 2-3 weeks. Absolutely rubbish service what so ever.! On top, the customer service from Sales Manager Kim is beyond imagination.!! Never ever again.!Tuesday 26th April 2022

I was extremely pleased with both on arrival, and even two years later then still look beautiful. They really add a luxury feel to our bedrooms and my only regret is that I didn’t buy the full Rowe bed!
