Jemeela El-muracey1 StarAbsolutely shocking customer service, rude, insulting, arrogant. No customer care what so ever, all they are interested in is taking peoples money regardless of the service they give. 2 hours late dropping off balloons to a party. Another family members party (after I warned them not to spend money in this store) and they didn’t even bother turning up at all. Another time I enquired about a Xmas ballon, owner of the store didn’t even look at me and all she said was “NO” so I walked out and vowed never to return. That was about 8 years ago. The reason this review has been written here 8 years later is because they deleted and hid my first review on their FB page. I wrote a second review in 2021 and they have only just replied to it in 2023 🤣 yet again calling me the problem with arrogant and rude remarks. Maybe JUST maybe if they are nice to people, people wouldn’t write bad reviews 🤷🏻♀️ just a thought !Tuesday 28th March 2023
