Terrible haircut on my dog, paid 45£ +£10 for the spa. I Showed a picture of what it should look like, ended up looking completely different! Ears dirty, belly not cut at all. Paws of different lengths.

i took my two shiba at two sites- Walkden and Trafford Park. Walkden was worse than Trafford but both the places I experienced poor quality service. Trafford staff was really pleasant though. At both places -grooming was of poor standard. When I took tow dogs there, I already did 75% grooming at home making there job easy. They just bathed the dogs and did nail clipping. Undercoat is still there making mess in the house and now I have to do it again.. 80 quids for two dogs - no value for money- No value at all.. So disappointed-Now I will have to find 'better' groomer. today and tomorrow I will groom my lovely dogs and will take the hair to the shop to show them the poor quality service I received -telling then it should not have taken place. The groomers should take pride in their job- not expect the dog owner to tolerate such indifferent attitude/service.

Very good, friendly and high standard of proffesional service consistently. Am allways happy with the groom my dog receives from the staff who listen when you arrive to any requests or issues that are then allways taken into consideration. They are always very polite and try there hardest to answer the phone and fit appointments in despite being very busy at times.
