Lynsey Thomas5 StarAnother incredible cake from Liz. This time for my mother in law’s 70th birthday. The cake certainly was a showstopper when it was brought out at the birthday meal. It also tasted as special as it looked- the gooey caramel layers added another dimension to the beautiful sponge. I will return again and again to Liz for birthday cakes as her clever use of chocolates for decorations creates a stunning (and delicious) effect.Saturday 13th November 2021
