Post office is inside the Newspoint shop on the top floor facing the food court. They have post and mailing supplies, plus postcards. They can print Royal Mail labels with no issue if you have the QR code (don't have it, don't blame them). The social distancing sign has been taken down, but it's still common sense to wait your turn without blocking non-postal customers coming in/out of the shop. Staff are super nice, giving quick and kind service.

I always try and use here, the staff are polite and don't rush you. Also the shop on site is reasonably priced and well stocked.

Even though the shop has a Post Office branch inside it, they don't offer printing facilities so steer clear if you need to use their "print label" service for a Royal Mail parcel return. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way after spending about £10 on an Uber to only find out in the shop that they can't print the label for me.

Very Disappointed, their staff member didn't know how to top up my electricity key and I was there for a while whilst he struggled with it then eventually told me it was done. I went back and another man explained how its meant to be done which was correct but I didnt get my money/voucher back or credited. £49 out of pocket... don't got there for top ups.

News point, quick snack, magazines and newspapers. Has a post office aswell for drop off or a local pickup point for your parcel. Friendly service. Clean shop. Located on the top floor opposite the food court. Doesn't open till 10am.
