The owners are really friendly people and the place looks clean but the curries actually taste like they came out of a jar. The lamb Tikka is likely to be beef (or at least lacks the depth and tenderness). The ingredients are fresh but the flavour is lacking. We won't be coming back but we wish them the best of luck.

Great tasty food. Was very impressed with the flavours. The ‘Oh Calcutta’ was brilliant, especially the curry leaves in it - perfect with garlic rice. Jalfrezi had a good spike of chili, but could still taste all the other spices etc. some of the best onion bhaji’s I’ve ever had. Will be trying other dishes from here soon.

I've now ordered twice from the new place in Droylsden; different starters and mains both times. No issue with the starters. All the food was very fresh and I particularly liked that the mains were not swimming in oil. Both times they were nicely spicy but very lacking in any flavour. The first time (a Methi) I thought it might be an error but my Rogan Gosht was exactly the same.

Just ordered for the first time, a little nervously given the early negative reviews, but am happy to say the whole order was delicious. I can see this becoming our new go-to takeaway and I'm looking forward to testing some other dishes in the future.
