I came to the money shop on Salford precinct shopping centre at 4:40pm on a Friday and I came to the door and a lady that worked there wouldn't let me in, it was very important that I got the money at that moment because it was my son's 10th birthday and we wanted to treat him as expected, the lady at the counter ignored me and walked into the back way before closing time I am very upset and so is my son because we now have to postpone his birthday surprise.
