Definitely recommended, couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided, I went to the punto shop as my daughters gearbox was damaged.. there was a few issues down the line which wasn’t related to the gearbox but he never failed to go to extreme lengths to get the job done even when he didn’t have to. Ian even fixed a problem with the car that wasn’t even anything to do with the gearbox which he didn’t have to do. Not only is this man wonderful at his job but he is such a down to earth man. True gentleman and honest and would highly recommend. Babar

Outstanding service, excellent advice and I now know where to come in the future with any Punto issues. Can't thank them enough, managed to save ~£300 buying a gearbox from them instead of letting the garage rip me off. Can't thank them enough for their advice!

I cannot explain enough how much Ian (yann) has helped me with my car.. I could not be happier!! I could not recommend somebody better than him, clearly has a lot of experience and is just amazing at what he does, he’s been helpful in so many ways, I would be here all day if I wrote a list, thankyou you have made me one happy customer.

Avoid this company and this man like the plague, he sells reconditioned gear boxes that he does not recondition! He never reconditioned the gearbox he sold me, I’ve had that confirmed by another mechanic, he refused to send the Warrenty once he had my money. He spoke to me and my partner in such a horrendous manner. This has to be the worst customer service / company I’ve ever dealt with. I am reporting this cowboy to trading standards. And when you complain he screams at you, this man does not deserve a business, he deserves to be closed down so he cannot rob anyone else. I’ve just paid £1,500 to have my car fixed after what he did. This man should be shut down. After still not receiving my Warrenty that I paid over £500 to this company, I did not receive a working gearbox or warrenty
