Popped in for a beer , two hand pulls went for threakstons best bitter, I picked a winner.
Lady behind bar so so friendly. Beer prices also good .
So full of history of a by gone age.

DuncanWatts19715 StarThe first railway public house in the world, just across from Patricroft railway station. The building is listed and you'll see why when you enter this 2 century old pub - the layout is virtually unaltered since it was opened, with a cute snug and cosy bar area. It's crammed with original features and there is an outside seating area. A gem of a pub and the barman was jolly. We live in Monton and we'll definitely be back.Wednesday 25th May 2022
