The Range, Eccles

Such a bad costumer service today at the range, all the staffs are great but the big lady which’s called Paje in customer service was very rude and unprofessional. I normally go the Range in Stockport but today I’ve tried this one in Eccles accidentally. I will never buy anything from this store again.

I personally cannot rave about a store of this type. However, what they sell is good and mostly unique and the fact that the 3 people I was with really had a ball in there and spent good money. You won't convert me, however, if you want quirky kitchenalia and crazy wall decor then you should really go here. It's also well stocked in all aspects of Christmas 🌲☃️ which my companions are pretty much fanatics of. The rating is for the pleasure I saw other people derive from what they sell here and what makes people happy is important. Not for me but they are obviously doing something right.

A well stocked store for all home requirements and food items. Prices are very reasonable. There is a large free car park with access to more stores.

It's hideously understaffed. I could see that the workers were quite stressed, and it was a stressful experience for me too given I had to wait for a staff member to use the key machine,and given how little staff there actually were, it was just cutting into my lunch time Management need to sort it out. There nothing wrong with their workers, however there certainly is something wrong with how management are running the store into the ground

Customer service non-existent! Called in store yesterday afternoon looking for corn on the cob holders. I could not find them, but the website says they stock them. Not one member of staff around to ask, so I went to customer service. The girl just shrugged and said she didn’t know whether they stocked them. If they did they’d be on homeware! Really, rather stating the obvious. The problem is where on earth in their large homeward section! Might as well make the customer service desk into a payment desk to reduce the queueing time, it’s not not working for customer service.
