The manager is always reluctant to take delivery.
Reasons given
You did not booked a appointment
Your donation is surplus and no more donations are being taken
Your donation is not what they need
Your donations do not meet health and safety requirements. Comments before looking at donation but making assumptions prior.
I feel the manager and some of her staff are missing out on great items because of this attitude.
Never mind there are plenty of other charity shops in Altrincham that are grateful and appreciate the effort that is taken to deliver donations to their shops!!Wednesday 19th May 2021
