Asked for BBQ chicken wings got Piri Piri chicken wings covered in BBQ sauce rang up before I ordered it and asked them to wash the Piri Piri sauce off before cooking as they had sent me spicy wings before sauce rang up to complain was basically told Tuff that's what I ordered WILL AVOID AT ALL COSTS INFUTURE

zenlita pinz2 StarJust brought a stargril Day burger and it has gristle on the chicken and burger slightly burnt. Been using them for 2years but that is now 2bads meals in a row. Don't know what's gone wrong but will now be going somewhere else. My partner ordered calzone she said not the best she had from them.Friday 12th August 2022

Firstly, the delivery was almost an hour late, we don't even live that far! When the driver did arrive he said "yh I know it's late but give us a good feedback yh"..how professional, no sorry or anything, just concern for your ratings.
All food arrived COLD and the desserts were FROZEN! The pizzas are paper thin, basically covered in no tomato sauce and even worse, they were overcooked and hard. How hard is it to make pizza?! The munch box portion was the only good thing about the entire order however the donner tastes like the microwave brand sold in heron's.. so pretty much rat meat! The sauce provided with it smelled off and needed to be binned.
Overall the entire meal was a let down and we'll be going elsewhere when we want a cheeky takeaway night.Thursday 5th December 2019
