My clients are those who’ve come to the realisation that there are no quick fixes or magic potions and are ready to put steps in place to get results without unnecessary sacrifice. They’ve tried every popular diet and training method going only to end up back at square one – unhappy, unmotivated and lacking the results they want.

We aim to stand out from the rest – creating exceptional changes to the way we look and feel in a way that ENHANCES our lives rather than DETRACTING from it. We focus on basic foundations; We enjoy our lives. We eat a mainly nutritious diet. We eat less nutritious foods without guilt or punishment. We train for strength and improvement. We’re active in daily life. We strive for continued improvement. We care. We love structure and habits. We learn. We support one another.

With 2 aims – looking great and feeling better. Because of all of that we get long term, sustainable results that go way beyond expectations.
