Owner was friendly and maybe I caught them on a bad day but car still had dirt marks on it from what looked like dirty rags being used to dry it. I’ve had to redo the interior windows as the job they did was so poor it was impossible to see out of them in sunlight/at night time due to smears. Staff seemed disinterested, asking me if I wanted them to clean the insides of doors and dry the car etc which I assumed was part of the service I’d paid for. No attention to details on the interior vacuum and clean either.

Just had my car washed here and I use that word washed loosely, the the staff looked under 16, they didn’t look interested, didn’t lift my windscreen wipers up on the car to wash anything, they took 25 minutes to ‘clean my car’ for £7 I got home and there’s still mud underneath my wheel arches, on my body kit and dirty marks on my windows I will never use this place again and it’s the most expensive car wash around! If the owners read this train your staff they do not look interested in there job one guy stopped ‘cleaning’ my car he took a call from someone and I heard him talking about going out tonight.

Today I attended The Wash at the back of Boots at the retail park and I have to say my car looked fantastic after its full valet. All stains removed from seats and they worked wonders on all the dog hairs in the boot. As today is 11th November I was very pleased that at 11am the entire team downed tool's to recognise armistice day. They all showed total respect for the veterans.
