I love these guys! I am blown away by the quality of both the windows themselves and the workmanship of The Window Co. In two days they replaced 7 old windows in my Victorian house. The house is already warmer, the product is such that the authentic Victorian look is upheld. More importantly, in a world where good service is a rarity, the fitters completed the task in hand swiftly, tidily & with a can-do attitude which is so often missing these days. They couldn't have done more or responded any better to my asks and I would fully recommend them. They are 5***** in my opinion. Thanks Steve, Darren, Andy & Nige for your brilliant work. And Angela for keeping me informed all through. You guys are awesome!

The pricing was reasonable and the fitting was carried out to the agreed schedule. Unfortunately, the quality of the fitting wasn't what I would have expected, as the door won't lock when the weather becomes warm. UPDATE: It took some time to resolve the issue with the door locking, but it was eventually fixed by an adjustment to the hinges.

Just used this company to replace 5 windows, including 2 bays, in my house. Have to say, I'm very impressed, the windows look great and really feel like the guys went the extra mile. There were some minor complications with my old house but they found a way to get the job done, no extra cost, and all with a great finish as well. Some plaster came away from the wall when removing one of the bays and they fixed that too. It was a long wait but when they said they'd turn up, they did, and they got it done in the time frame they said they would. Thanks to both installers, they were great.
