Phoebe Hopwood1 StarJust went out for some Easter shopping with some friends. Did not expect to be physically grabbed by a member of staff and accused of stealing. If there was suspicion that we had stolen an item, then I understand checking our bags. However, this staff member proceeded to take items off my friend which had been purchased from other stores and refused to give them back until we showed proof of purchase (again, from another store). When we finally got the items back she told us we were all banned from that store. Whether she said this or not, I would not be returning.Friday 8th April 2022
