matthew davies5 StarJaz is great always helps me out for long term mobility and pain issues. This is physio that you don't get on the NHS. Yes exercises suggested but mainly its proper hands on help. Massage, heat treatment, ultra sound and acupuncture. Jaz had kindly given me all sorts of things on loan to take home and try see if it improves my condition.Friday 27th January 2023
