Couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of these people! You will have to look very hard for a company that gives as much help and brilliant service as Think Carpets this is third time I have dealt with this company and every time they dealt with me in courteous and professional manner the quality and ability of their fitters are beyond question however difficult the job is. Brilliant staff brilliant owners they know their stuff and how to help it is so refreshing to have attention/care to their level once but to find it every time you deal with them is simply fantastic. Prices good too.

I have used Think Carpets twice now, once a few years ago through Julie at the Bury store who was fantastic and just recently the Radcliffe store where Andy the owner sorted me out with a good price and gave me all the knowledge I needed to choose the right carpets for the right rooms for my new home. Not to forget Connor dealing with the sales side of things and the fitters who did a tremendous job - proper grafters with high standards! These guys deliver excellent customer service, are polite, on time and in general just a great group of people to do business with. A pleasant surprise was the wait time which was only 3 weeks which I ended up having to push back (sorry again) but the guys were more than accommodating for this. Should I ever need carpets in the future, I know where I am going! All the best guys!

It's great to be able to give great feedback when good service happens. We've just dealt with Andy the owner, and Connor his colleague in sales, and have been incredibly impressed with their straightforward nature and service. Two proper professionals who know the business inside-out. Good, old-fashioned customer service, that focusses on the customers needs. We gave them a tall order for a full house, with differing products, installation at relatively short notice - and they performed. As for the installers, Lee and Josh, they are true craftsmen. They are polite, professional and extremely pleasant. The standard of the job is flawless on all 7 rooms and the three story stairs and landing run. It's not often you come across workmen with all of these characteristics. They worked so hard too. Having visited the two major High St operators in the domestic carpet business - we realised a major job like this with tight requirements would probably be outside their capabilities owing to what we learned on these visits. Think carpets promised and delivered...10/10. thanks to all concerned. Nearly forgot - reasonable prices too.
