Thornley Groves estate agents really have been the best with my renting experience. I have had some really bad service and poor experience with estate agents before. However I have to say Thornley Groves in Prestwich really has been fantastic. They have excelled at their communication, friendliness and are efficient. Liam was extremely helpful and quick to respond for any queries or concerns. When Karen -who was equally lovely - was out of office, he was very kind to process our application and answer any questions we might have. Amanda was also very friendly! The entire team is very professional and welcoming. A lovely process getting our first flat! Edit - I also left a separate review for Karen but I can’t find it so I’ll say it again! Karen was so lovely, and extremely helpful in showing us a range of great flats. She was very professional and yet lovely and friendly, and made me feel very welcome as a first time renter to ask whatever questions I needed. She made the experience enjoyable, along with her lovely collègues!

I had previously used Thornley Groves as my letting agent and never had any issues with then during that period so I decided to let them sell the property for me. From my initial discussions with Liam Pope who was very helpful in the initial stages who then passed the baton to Dean Casey who was really prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. They also regularly kept me up to date with progress.I would have no hesitation in recommending them to people either selling or letting. Excellent service.
