A BIG welcome to Tiddlywinks Nursery School where we endeavour to provide excellent child care and education during your child’s journey with us. Thank you for your interest in our Nursery setting, afterschool and holiday club.

Tiddlywinks Nursery School Ltd is a family operated business with four members of the family qualified to degree level and teacher status. We have been providing committed, affordable and flexible childcare for over 15 years, accommodating childcare, afterschool club and holiday club 52 weeks of the year forming strong professional partnerships with parents, carers and local communities.

Tiddlywinks Nursery School boasts excellent indoor and outdoor facilities where children engage in daily exciting and interesting opportunities which enable all children to fulfil their individual learning potential. All of our learning experiences are based around a play-based curriculum in line with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. We pride ourselves on providing a rich stimulating environment to encourage children to learn through their play, and provide fun educational activities all throughout the day. Our nursery settings have been designed to enhance children’s minds in a meaningful, sociable play and learning environment. Children have access to a wide range of age-appropriate exciting activities to develop and enhance their current knowledge, understanding and skills. Resources and equipment are regularly updated to ensure children have access to varied resources at all times.

Tiddlywinks Nursery School Ltd have a large highly qualified staff team led by an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly skilled management team that encourage children’s independence and critical thinking.  We follow a robust recruitment process ensuring all our practitioners are suitable to work in our childcare environments and ensure that we provide high quality learning experiences for all children in our care.
