How excellent was service I’ve received on 29/08/23! I had a real panic when my shoe heal came off while at work. I took my shoes to Timpson with expectation of being told to book in for another day but the gentleman in the Kiosk told me that my shoes will only take 40 minutes to repair. Due to my work commitments, I had to leave the shoes and return at the end of the day but I’m very pleased with the service given and I’m thankful to know that my shoes have been saved for another long time. Will definitely be using the service again and will recommend to people (well, I’m already doing so). 🙏🙏🙏

I met this amazing guy yesterday ,Jay,his name,he was very kind and helpful,super fast to help with my keys,also we spoke a bit, when he listen to my story he didn't want to take any money from me, good things coming back man,you very nice kind person.thank you so much you make my day and make me feel there are still very good people on this planet..highly recommend. You have amazing heart and empathy I wish you the best. I just hope you not gonna get any trubble,I don't know your boss but I hope he is proud to have you❤️

Just had two car batteries changed at Timpsons Eccles Morrisons car park by the most friendly & helpful assistant maybe ever! Took 5 minutes & honestly his friendliness in that short time was fantastic. I hope you know how lucky you are to have an employee of this calibre 😊

Is the man in this kiosk the friendliest man in Eccles? Surprised to see someone smiling and engaging in conversation at 9am at the best of times, but the guy cutting my keys this morning made quite a menial task into something surprisingly uplifting.
