Went to Timpsons a couple of years ago with a watch that needed a new battery. I was told it wasn’t the battery that it was broken. It would cost £56 to repair. I said no I will leave it. I hung onto the watch because I’ve always loved it. Today I took it to a jewellers who are more reasonably priced to see what they would charge to repair it. They said it’s not broken; it just needs a new battery. What do you make of that?

Rang store to ask what time they closed was told 6pm , asked if they did engraving? Yes Arrived at store at 16.55 was told you can’t have it done today ? It takes too long , said I needed it for morning ? Well I can’t do it 🤷‍♀️ Rude and disrespectful, shop elsewhere he doesn’t deserve the custom 😡😡😡

Went in store asked the lady could I have 2 keys made up only me in the store she said 20 minutes i have a lock and something else to do first which i said sorry can't wait i have to go to work which she smiled has i left will get my key's made somewhere else 😅
