Absolute joke of a firm took over 6 Months to get any sort of response, constantly promised callbacks and didnt follow up, they are cheap and there is a reason for it! Be advised spend more and save time elsewhere and get the job done! *update* 5 months on TTPL contacted me after this review and decided to tell us we needed probate we did that via a solicitor that cost £800.00 and 4 Weeks later property is now in my name kicker is our solicitor offered to do the whole thing for £500.00 at the start of all this plus a 5% valuation charge of the estate, TTPL should have advised we needed probate but didnt so we have lost Money by going for the cheaper option, not the way things should work really is it?

Have used TTPL a few times and they have always been fantastic. Katie has helped with both the sale and purchase of a property as well as providing other advice along the way. All staff are very helpful and communicate well throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.
