Kaly Nicholson1 StarI won't be going back to this place and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the awful customer service they have, the cashier NICOLA was absolutely disgusting with her stinky actitud, we went to return an item but she was busy labeling some stuff and she got annoyed because we interrupted her, she kept rolling her eyes and immediately said you can bring this back, we explained it was faulty and she said she can't accept it because it's been open, we said sorry but it's not working properly she said well I need to test it to see if it's true, she took the item didn't test it in front of us and came back saying its perfectly fine and working, she said she won't take it back because it's been open,why she didn't tested it in front of us, she was so rude and told us to take it, at the end the manager said we have two options to take the faulty item with us or he could give us a credit note, now I am stuck with a credit note that I won't be using because the electrical articles are faulty and they won't take them back, at the end they put it back in the shelf. Please be aware of this place and don't buy anything in here, the place itself it's upside, dirty and the staff are rude and unhelpful.Thursday 16th February 2023

sam morrow4 StarPacked downstairs especially at the weekend with loads of cheaper clothes. Upstairs has all the home stuff with duvets, towels lots of kitchen electrical and bathroom stuff and loads of cushions. Store has a lift and OK cafe and toilets.Saturday 10th August 2019
