Very, very happy with initial contact with Company, actual choice and quality of carpet. Guys came on time, as promised, and carpet and underlay was fitted in couple of hours recommended.

Kurt came recommended from a friend and he is so professional, efficient and competitive on price! We shopped around quite a bit and the guys offered the cheapest quote and best quality. We’re so happy with our flooring, they did both our carpet and laminate. So quick as well as he has a good team, which is an absolute bonus when you want to move into your new home! He was also super flexible and quick at getting back to us. Defo recommend!

Wanted some new flooring fitted for my business. Guy in the shop (Lee), lovely guy came out and quoted and we agreed to go ahead. Floor was suppose to be fitted today but called me to say the floor would need screening in part of the area quoted which after we removed the old carpets were a state, no problem there. Was told this would be an additional 500 and something. Said I wanted to look around for quotes for this which was fine. Got here to myself and my maintenance worker overhear the ‘boss’ on the phone going on about how I think I’ve got them over a barrel etc. Firstly they should of looked at the floor first which he acknowledged and said he told his guy that, secondly it’s absolutely in my right to look at other options if there’s additional work that would need doing. It’s a shame because I was really happy with them until I heard the apparent boss mouthing off and would of used them for lots of additional work that I wanted doing. Good luck with your business and maybe realise that the fact that I wanted to look at my options isn’t a negative against you or your company but your attitude to that is!

Shame really wanted to support the smaller local company. Having been a self employed person my self. But I felt they didn't make to much effort for my business, because I was doing a small room and wanted to do it cheap. I expected more scope in the carpet range they showed me. They are fast efficient. If your in a hurry .. But if you want a different kind of service. More time going over samples etc. Then... Not for me. I am a hairdresser that has had experience in building a reputation for costemer service. And although they were veery helpful and delivered what I asked. They seemed to make me feel rushed. Because they only brought 2 books of samples in. If they had brought me more samples. Different prices, might have been tempted to spend more. Iif I had been given more chose. Shame love supporting the family small business
