Gary Martin1 StarOrdered a foot pump via eBay which just over a month old buckled and broke the second time I used it. I contacted tms via email and eBay but the return was declined. I asked why but they (Charlotte) could not give a reason. I’ve asked why not but have had no further replies. Buy cheap buy twice. Very poor customer service.Saturday 4th September 2021
Ammar Yaseen1 StarOnly if I could give 0 stars for their appalling service, the staff is really rude and didn’t even admit their mistake think their always right. I ordered a timing belt kit and even asked them to make sure that everything is right so I don’t have to come again ending up with just the water pump being there in the timing belt kit but the timing belt missing in it.
