First time shopping at this branch in Rochdale. Was helped by a nice chap named Lee, extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Had no idea what I was looking for as it seems ballcocks come in all shaped and sizes. After explaining my dilemma Lee promptly found the exact item I needed and I was sorted. Back home, fitted and now back in business. Massive thanks to Lee, he made the visit to your store a perfect one. A nice alternative to some of the staff in other diy retailers who have no clue what day it is never mind what they sell. Thanks Lee.

Went to the branch and was helped by a lovely gentleman called Lee. He had great product knowledge, offering solutions and giving really good advice. He wasn’t too serious too, as some staff can be in various companies. A pleasure and delight, will go again.

Went in yesterday to buy a few different things but wasn’t sure what Sizes or extras I needed , I was served by a very helpful man ‘Jan’ he was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed perfectly. Would definitely recommend and will be going in future for any DIY items.
