I attempted to split my £67 energy voucher between my gas and electric and was told that I wasn’t able to despite Bulb stating clearly on the letter that I was able to, with resistance from the workers when challenging why they couldn’t.

Asked for the energy discount scheme to be split between my gas and electricity, they said you can only use it for one of them. Eon says you can split this payment when on top up key between both. So these are making people choose between having your heating on or your lights. With the current economic climate how can they make you choose. It is our money so we should be able to split it between both.
