Unfortunately the instalment of a new shower and wall panels did not live up to our expectations or the high quality finish promised by John at all. Paul seemingly did not take great care when cutting materials or installing them. He scratched several of our doors, shattered existing tiles & grout, left us with scratches on the new wall panels, shower fixings and holes in the silicone work. In addition to the cosmetic issues the drainage of the shower didn’t work properly which led to the bathroom being flooded and water coming out our downstairs ceiling. Thankfully Paul did resolve this however he did cut a hole in our spare room wall and did not come back to fix this like promised. All in all everything looks like a mediocre DIY job at best and not like a £3000 new professional instalment. We had to call them back in a few times but they could not fix all the botched work they left us with even after several attempts. John also would not respond to my messages about the issues and would only respond to my husband.

We bought our boiler from Total heat and they also installed. This was about 5 years ago and we’ve had no issues. Called them out a week ago to service our boiler as we’ve never had it serviced. They came out promptly and always professional. I’m really glad I chose them to install our heating system. I know who to call when I have an issue and I know they do a great job! Thanks boys!
