Fantastic. First time vaping after 15 years of smoking and I was recommended from a friend to use totally wicked. Popped to the shop on Wednesday. Spoke to the Staff about what I was after and they recommended a device & juice to suit my needs. Really friendly and helpful staff. Been back since to get more juice. Update: still using totally wicked and not had a cigarette in 8 months

I didn't know much about e-cigs but Tom in the shop was really really helpful he need a pay raise with all the information he know and how helpful he was so to the bosses of the shop give Tom a pay raise he is one of your best staff I have ever meet in a shop his customers service is 100% and he never stopped smiling and he is very Patient as I did come in 15 minute be for he was ment to shut the shop, the e-cig was perfect just what we wanted and in the price range thank you to Tom in eccles totally wicked. I will always go to totally wicked as you can always find and ask what you want, I didn't think I would ever smoke a e cigarette but Tom found the perfect one just for me as be asthmatic they took my breath away but Tom find the one for me so thank you to Tom.
