Called at the trade counter they are still using the covid system Phoned up for a gearbox driveshaft seal but he couldn't find it but I could have shown them on a parts screen but will buy elsewhere very poor service Get back normal.

I phoned on Monday morning as I needed a small part for my VW which was unavailable at the dealership - I collected the item on Tuesday morning, great service and would definitely use again

Despite having a trade account these guys are just useless and have no enthusiasm. It's like they don't want to sell stuff and just sit there doing no work. Will be using Trafford branch instead now

Needed an air con pressure sensor for my vw so I gave the part number 1J0 959 126 to the fella on the phone he then told me they do not have it in stock and that the part number has now superceded itself so I asked politely can I have the new part number to ask another TPS branch if they had it I was told "NO WE ARE NOT A LIBRARY IF I GIVE THE NUMBER WE WOULDNT HAVE ANY BUSINESS" Which they weren't getting anyway because they did not have the part .Anyway rang vw got the part number instantly and was also told where they had it in stock . Part numbers are not trade secrets I've bought it and now have the part number for the world too see via this tool like a library called the internet 1k0 959 126 e
