They're always out of stock of common items, their website is impossibly difficult to use (and pointless on a mobile) and for weeks it hasn't even allowed you to place an online order - failing at the payment stage every time. You're forced to phone customer service who then tell you their "systems are running slow" and then can't place the order anyway for a very creative set of reasons. Click and collect is broken and allows you to pay for things the store hasn't got in stock. Delivery lead time is upwards of 4 weeks if you're lucky enough to locate what you need. Ranges are split between "home delivery only" and "in store only" so if you want, for example, a kitchen worktop you have to order it online, but you have to go into store to get the matching edging strip. Basically, there's no chance of getting what you want, when you want it unless you've got plenty of time in your hands and endless patience. How this company survives I'll never know!
