PLEASE BE VERY WARY BEFORE EMPLOYING THIS COMPANY. VERY PLAUSIBLE BUT CROOKS. TOOK MY MONEY AND LEFT ME STRANDED. I AM OVER 10000£ DOWN AND NOW HAVE TO LOOK FOR A NEW CONTRACTOR. STARTS THE JOB THEN EXCUSES AND PROMISES BUT NOTHING MORE PROGRESSES. ... THERE MONTHS NOW WITH A STRIPPED ROOF ONLY FELT AND BATTENS AND OF INFERIOR QUALIFY AT THAT AND WITH THIS BAD WEATHER. .. EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. ..DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM OF THIS PERSONABLE ROGUE PEOPLE. .APPROACHED BY DAVE WILKINSON NOW HIS WIFE TRYING TO PRETEND ALL IS WELL. SHE EVEN SAID WE ARE A LIMITED COMPANY SO YOU WILL NOT GET A PENNY BACK FROM US. DISGRACEFUL. Of course I will report them and put a small claims against them. .I hope I am successful

In October, Dave invoiced us incorrectly and ended up charging £3000 too much, stole our money after repeatedly lying and saying he had done transfers or dropped off cheques and cash. Their work was shoddy, our roof is leaking, the repointing is a mess, and there is still rubbish in our driveway we will have to pay to get removed. They have since changed their phone numbers and email address and operate under the name Trades North Ltd, which was dissolved years ago, and Roofing NW. Avoid Dave Wilkinson at all costs, he is a thief and can't be trusted. He took our hard earned savings and now we are struggling for money.

Cowboy!!! My garage has not passed building regs yet from August, I keep asking for the Gas sign off with nothing received still. Also he did my bathroom, left me without a toilet for a month. Did a bad job, had to rip it out and try again. Once he had the final payment that was it, he didn't want to know.
