Amazing place, I came in needing colour correction and highlights as I'd had a bad hair experience elsewhere right before my wedding, Kristian spent loads of time on my hair, really took his time and i absolutely love the result - would absolutely recommend! Thanks so much :)

Disgraceful experience. Prepaid for an appointment on Friday at 9:45, waited there for 30 minutes and no one showed up. However, they got into contact with me to rearrange for the same time the next day and I was very understanding and was still looking forward to my appointment. They rang me later that day to push back the appointment to 8am on Saturday which is very early but I agreed. On Saturday morning I turned up at 8am and for a second time no one bothered to show up! Me and another guy were left waiting in the rain for an hour with no response to our calls and messages. I requested a refund and expected an explanation but till this day I have still been ignored by them. What a bizarre way to run a business, from the reviews I’ve seen that quite a few other customers have been treated the same way. Think twice before booking an appointment here, your money’s better spent elsewhere.
