Ordered online at the weekend, easy website and purchasing, had exactly what I wanted. Good price. Local to me so ordered to collect rather than delivery. Noticed website said my order was ready to ship so I popped down to showroom to collect, went to wrong location they have a separate warehouse just down the road. No issues. Collected, helpful staff all round 24hrs later I received an email saying my goods were ready to collect, complete with the correct collection address. I was perhaps a little quick off the mark. Would recommend and use again.

Amazing from start to finish, ordered a sheet of upvc blank at about 7pm and had a confirmation email by the early hours. Went to the warehouse to collect a couple of days later, was a very smooth transaction…. Even though from myself its a 30/40 min drive I have no problem doing that if buying off them is always this easy.

Great to shop local where you can order & pick up next day. When I got home I realised that I had ordered 2 of the wrong size, but on visiting shop these were exchanged without any hassle. Really helpful to deal with and an existing customer from previous business
