Great experience buying my car from TrustFord . Dealt with Dee Singh who was very knowledgeable and professional he kept me updated throughout. Had a minor issue with the car on collection but Dee said he will sort it but it may take a couple of hours. He offered to take me home to save me waiting. Collected the car later and very happy with the service received from TrustFord.Dee went above and beyond. Also thank you to Mark the manager who helped me in finding the ideal car . Both him and Dee were a pleasure to deal with.

This was our first time buying from a dealership and we were pleasantly surprised how helpful and communicative the salesman was, Jack Cumston looked after us very well and went to the trouble twice to sit in the car and explain what everything did and how to connect my phone! We have had a follow up email to check if everything is ok and if we had any questions to contact him. Hopefully we will have the car for a few years but would definitely look to Trust Ford to look for our next car. Thanks Jack.👍🏼

Firstly please be advised the Solo Star is related to a colleagues experience. For the avoidance of doubt this may well be the wrong page I am posting on. However we’ll see. My colleague has spent no less than 4 weeks (way more) getting excited looking forward to taking receipt of a vehicle that he is more than entitled to for his hard work on behalf of the company. My colleague and his partner are hard working kind honest people. I was delighted when his Ranger arrived. I felt privileged to be his first co pilot until the point I received my first paper cut working out the first of many faults less than a mile in to my first trip. My colleague and his partner kept me going post my sisters suicide last year and I do not post comments so lightly. I kindly request you take his complaint serious and be so kind to make it a priority. Thank you.
