Drawing on our extensive experience in contract cleaning, which includes specialised at-height operations, sanitisation programmes and event cleaning projects, we add value to our clients’ bottom line.  Fabien joined the Tudor Group in July 2019, following a 20-year career with some of the largest corporate organisations in the cleaning and facilities management industry.  Over the years, Fabien has demonstrated strong commercial leadership acumen through the development and management of successful teams in sales, business improvement and operational environments. Ian joined the Tudor Group in August 2020, following a career spanning over 20 years in senior and executive roles across both the public and private sectors, including NHS, telecoms, facilities management, niche maritime services and a variety of SME businesses.  A true business partner, combining a commercial focus and pragmatic attitude to ensure financial governance and business planning are designed to deliver business efficiency and enable sustainable growth. Robin joined the Tudor Group following the acquisition of Cardiff-based AQS Ltd in 2020.  He has over 30 years of experience within the industry, having held various roles in sales and operations and eventually creating AQS in 2011.  With the company now a leading supplier to some of the largest organisations in Wales and the south west of England, Robin has built a reputation for exceptional customer service centred around the development of outstanding teams. As we aim to brighten places where people live, work and play, we have developed over the years key partnerships within a wide range of market sectors including hospitality, block management, education (inc. student accommodation), healthcare, housing associations, leisure and the public sector.
