Holly had my best interests in mind, she found and suggested a tyre of much higher quality than the one i requested for only a few quid different! Very refreshing to receive old fashioned, actually helpful, thoughtful customer service. Consistently positive tone from all staff, even though I had to call multiple times. Excellent. Didn't have the tyre I was looking for in stock, still had it fitted within 90mins. Great price and great service, friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Didn’t catch the mechanics name who came out to change my flat tyre this morning which is a shame because he was a life saver! Was a really fast service, I was seen to less than 30 mins after calling. They were very accommodating offering different priced tyres and being very transparent! Thank you so much! 100% recommended

Massive thanks to Jack who stopped outside JD gym to see if I had a spare tyre he could fit which I didn’t. Jack passed me the number- spoke to Chloe on the phone who happily helped me out a new tyre fitted within 25 minutes of calling. Fitted was professional and efficient
