Waited 20 mins for a puncture repair and a man was aloud to skip the que when I asked a member of about it he said his boss had told him to do this so people who were there for less time than me were aloud to jump the que apparently it’s because they had stuff to do … like I didn’t and then I was asked for a tip afterwards and asked again when I said no !stay away from this place totally rude and unprofessional then ask you for tips after bad service

I have been a customer for this place for a few years now where I used to have good customer service but lately the service provided here has gone extremely downhill. I went in for a puncture yesterday but it was only an hour or so later whilst driving found tyre got inflated again. Ended up having to take it to another shop where the guy told me the job wasn’t done correctly in the first place which is why the tyre went back down again. The guy had the cheek to charge me £8 for the puncture and then literally asking me for a £5 as a tip so he can get some food. Watch out for that European guy what the cheek he doesn’t even do the job properly then insists on a tip what a joke. Avoid this place its just not worth it😡😡
