Worst experience ever try to drop off prepaid parcels and they closed as pictured today closing time is 6PM but don’t care about the customer upon asking they replied we close today 12:30 and not going to open today but in pictures cleared mentioned close today 6PM I think they have their own closing time and rest of of delivery office follow the Royal Mail.

I've been here now on 4 different days at different times all within opening times that are posted both online and in the sorting office window only to keep finding the office closed.

Very disappointed on Royal Mail website shows closing today 6PM on Thursday but when try to drop off they close 12:30 without any notice and still opening and closing times is different and same happened on 22nd or march 2023 closed early when ask the reason get reply because of shortage of staff if some one from Royal Mail management can check why they doing this and from now on I going to use other courier providers as this affects my business.

Not being open when you are advertised as being open is poor service. This seems to be a regular occurrence with this office

They make up their own opening times! Am amazed companies still use royal mail! Awful unreliable comepnay!
