Went in for an elux legend, came away with a poor fake. Flagged as fake on Elux's own authenticity checker and the counterfeit manufacturer couldn't even spell "strawberry correctly"...

Brilliant service would highly recommend, I moved to the Audenshaw area about a year ago and needed to switch my vape shop, tried a few around the area and most just want a sale and for you to leave. But when I went to Vape and Watts I feel the customer service is bang on, you can talk to them about your vaping needs and they listen, they offer advice, they provide their personal opinion on things like popular juices or best vape mods based on units sold. If I've ever had a query when I've gone in I've always left with a query resolved and tbh I can't say this about many vape shops, I've used about 12 in the past but hands down Vape and Watts is my favourite. And to top it off if there is not a juice in stock which I'd like to vape, they will order my request from the supplier, I couldn't find juice man's unicorn frappe anywhere other than order online and receive within a few days, can't get much better service than that very customer orientated. Friendly, helpful, informative staff. Went in knowing nothing about ecigs or vaping and came out with a wealth of knowledge, though how long it will stay in is another matter. Highly recommend this shop for anybody wanting to switch to vaping but not quite sure how to go about it.
