Vicky Taylor5 StarWe've passed this place many times but only just recently dined here. It's hidden away (other than the sign you wouldn't know it's there). We were welcomed by friendly staff and a pleasant, well decorated restaurant. The food came quite quickly but it was very nice. The service and attention to detail was great, my wife being celiac was well looked after they added lovely touches at each service point that made you feel homely and looked after. Appeared authentically Italian but was a let down. The service was terrible. One of the worst experiences of service I've ever seen. When asking for another bottle of water a bottle of mineral water was brought. An apology was given as tap water had been drunk all evening and the waiter tutted and rolled his eyes at this.
