Lovely staff who can’t do enough. Isabella was so determined to get me fitted to the right size bra. I had shot up a few sizes which explains the back ache! She was really helpful. Generally all staff super friendly. Good bargains atm with sales on :-)

Measured, sent on our way to browse, or the girls will bring you your sizes to try on in the lovely fitting rooms. I was lucky as they had a sale on - prices for what I found were awesome! Nothing beats the quality of this store's underwear. Loved being pampered!

Shocking service. I dont normally write bad reviews, but I stood in Pink for almost 5 minutes and the guy in front of me had been there longer whilst the staff where within a few metres of us and view of the tills talking, I decided to walk through to Victoria's secret to pay there for my things and only 1 girl on the till, she had issues with the prices and tills (so not her fault at all) but no management rushed to help her, and when they eventually did they had to come back to her about 3 times cause whatever they did first didnt work and they just pulled faces like it was an inconvenience. All in all I spent 25 minutes in the shop and only 5 of which where actually finding my purchase (i knew what I wanted before I entered the store). Staff training definitely needed. And if they weren't wearing them ridiculous oversized bumbag with a million key chains on they might actually be able to move quicker to serve their customers

I was served by Bayleigh, Daisy and Brittani whilst visiting Victoria Secrets. They were amazing! So pleasant, and professional. It was very busy for them that day but between the girls I received first class customer service and they went above and beyond. Thanks girls I will be returning to buy more in the future!

We called in today to get our teen some PINK sets for her birthday. The store had been having issues with the tills so wait times were longer than usual. The staff were getting all manner of abuse! The manager Daisy pulled my partner and I to one side (after recognising we had a tired toddler with us) and offered to serve us at a different till. We were served by Brynelle, who again was so helpful. Both members if staff were so so friendly (despite the stressful time they were having!) Fantastic customer service can't thank you both enough xxx
