Not been to the Hotel..but been to the gym. Superb, Karen is sailing a top shop. Great facilities, clean changing rooms. Even did a class!! Ran by the fab Rob who welcomed me to the branch as my local was temporarily closed. Young Nial at the pool is a top bloke too and Kim on poolside is lovely.

Met with a welcoming smile by Megan on reception and Charlie in Starbucks. Pub food was great! Kayleigh, Beth and Millie's service was excellent. All so friendly and helpful. Great to see some upgrading of the hotel corridors. Thanks to everyone for another great stay.

Awful, a former shadow of it's self. Shabby bed room, rubbish room cleaning, terrible excuse for breakfast, pay to park your car, pay to use the pool. The whole place needs a good tidy up and redecoration. The bar food is limited and wasn't the best. Staff were pleasant and polite. We will not be staying there again it's such a shame as we have stayed there many times in the past when we visit our families. We will be staying at a Premier Inn in future.

Never use the hotel as I live in the area but the gym, wet room, bar and the verve and grill are all fantastic the gym has many helpful and very knowlegable staff members whether it's dawn on the desk or Debbie they are both lovely helpful ladies and make you feel very welcome walking in.. Luke the pt knows his stuff and is a good laugh, You will find all the staff are friendly and that's a big part of a gym for me .. its more of a community and the regulars like me love it, overall it's an amazing establishment and the full team should be proud of themselves. 10/10!

Came to stay for my little ones birthday/ a wedding party so was very busy Friday to Monday. Found it hard to get time to speak to someone about this therefore I’m summarising the trip now. Booking process was long and complicated as website kept crashing. Was told to book through revolution. Then was shown two different process logged in and out, so I emailed to make sure that all benefits are included with either booking. I was reassured free parking wifi gym pool included. Later I found out we had to pay for parking so lots of back and forth emails trying to clarify this. Arrived at our room and lady who checked us in spoke very fast and didn’t give us any wifi details. Told me directions to the room that weren’t accurate but I managed to find it anyway. Room was extremely dusty and random socks and other items hidden in the sofa bed. Sink was continuously overflowing in bathroom bc it was either blocked or poor drainage system so bit of a smell. No nose tissues no complimentary toiletries. No fridge. Bunch of empty cupboards. Toilet paper was so cheap. Room was only cleaned once the whole four days Was gifted two complimentary sweet treats for the kids which was very nice of them but when taken to Starbucks the staff looked very confused and gave two things. Both of which tasted very very stale. One of the days we went swimming, the fire alarm went off while we were showering. The whole family is trying to get their clothes on and an angry member of staff knocks on the door angrily. When I opened she asked if I can hear the alarm (obviously I can) but I have two young babies that I’m trying to get clothes as well as myself. I dress modestly and wear headscarf so I’m not going to run out naked. She was very aggressive and when I saw her the next day we refused to make eye contact at the desk before entering the pool area. So rude and unwelcoming. Turns out it wasn’t even a real fire just a practice. Sister asked for late checkout and was given an extension for free. I asked for a late checkout and was refused. Not to forget the builders and drilling and knocking and construction going on every day. Rooms are not soundproof. My sister heard me from her room upstairs. Disgusting dated hotel. Please don’t stay here. Only person that is good at their job is a girl called Megan who was very nice. Won’t be staying here again.
