Vine House is a detached property which has been converted and extended to provide a warm and caring home for the elderly, with well kept gardens, outside seating and dining (weather permitting).
Vine House provides all the necessary care and attention to those over 60 who wish to spend their later years in a secure and caring environment.
Established in 1986, Vine House has gained an excellent reputation in the area, not only for our first rate care staff but also for cleanliness, good food and a homely atmosphere.

No appointment is necessary to view the home, in fact we would prefer that when you visit you find us about our normal daily activities.

sandra smith5 StarMy 84 year old mother stayed at Vine House for respite care after she broke her arm and needed help in getting her strength back, after leaving hospital. It was so lucky for us that we found Vine House as she soon settled in and we felt happy that she was so well looked after. The owners Hazel and Brian are so supportive and on hand such a lot to answer any questions. The staff are wonderful. Very caring and hard working, nothing is too much trouble, they do their best to ensure that residents welfare is paramount. A warm and welcoming place to visit, and my mum made friends with both residents and staff very quickly. Mum gained some weight back that she had lost over the previous year, before her accident and soon started to get her confidence back walking. She got steadier each week and was encouraged to do her physio on her arm regularly. My mum is now is an apartment with extra care, but she wants to go to visit to see her new friends at Vine House. I believe the excellent care she received from the staff has made all the difference. My mum and our whole family can’t thank everyone enough. We will return to visit everyone very soon.Friday 26th July 2019
