Robert Quick1 StarSecond time at vision express and second time they have got the prescription wrong (it's not even a strong prescription). There's only so many times you can send the glasses back before you just take what you are given through fatigue.
To get a new pair they make you book another eye test (paying) even though it's not long since the previous bad experience. They would not check the glasses on me or retest. I've had enough bad experiences to not be going back to any vision express again.Tuesday 31st May 2022

I called in to ask for advice about my blood shot eye. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable,
very efficient and friendly.
They fitted me in for an eye test within half an hour and I was totally reassured with the information given to me by the optician about my eye. The drops that I normally use for my dry eye condition were not shifting the redness in my eye at all in fact it was getting worse. I bought the eye drops recommended by them and within a few days my eyes are nearly back to normal again.
I cant recommend the service given by this opticians and will definately never go anywhere else now.
